The Faughs Winter Training Programme in now in its second year and continues to go from strength to strength with over 150 boys and girls ranging in age from U6s to U10s participating every week under the supervision of the Faughs top coaches. The purpose of the programme is to keep the kids active over the long winter months while continuing to teach them the skills of gaelic football in a fun environment. The programme is now on a Christmas break but will resume on January 27th for another seven week run. On the last night of pre Christmas training Santa made a surprise visit as he took time out from his busy schedule to run the rule over the stars of the future and help present them with kitbags kindly sponsored by McMahons Centra |
