It was a busy week for Blayney Academy FC starting with the U8/ U10/ U14/15 boys and the U12 girls training on Monday, these young teams are doing really well and are a very talented bunch with all the great training they are getting. Every child who signs up with the club is guaranteed loads of fun, alot of laughs and plenty of game time during matches which are held weekly, The Senior team and U-18's had a light training Tuesday,  and on Wednesday evening they travelled to Drogheda to play Boyne Harps in a pre-seson friendly, another light training on Thursday was followed by a game between Blayney Academy and Boyne Valley in Emyvale on Sunday with a 3-1 win,2 goals from Aiden Ward and 1 from Martin Mc Cabe,Well done lads, Training continues on Tuesday and Thursday,

Thanks to all the players, parents and club members who helped out at the Castleblayney Show, Great to see so many people helping out in the club. The stand was a great success with all the signs, trophies and signed John Giles Walk Of Dreams banner on display.

The Academys Summer Camp is starting on the 15th of August. A week full of football with UEFA qualified coaches from 10am to 1pm at the Iontas astro turf where we will be taking u8, u10 and u15 teams. U8/ U10/ U12 and the girls at 5.30 on the iontas astro, Monday

U14/15 boys at 6.00 on astro, Monday also, Friendly on this sunday against Kingscourt kickoff at 3pm. We will be meeting at the back of Centra at 2pm

U18 and Senior teams are in Drumillard at 7.00 Tuesdays and Thursdays
