Monaghan United Appoint Roddy Collins As New Manager

Monaghan United annouced the appointment of Roddy Collins as their senior manager.

Collins last managed Cork City, while he has also enjoyed spells in Ireland at Shamrock Rovers, Dublin City and Bohemians, where he won the League title in 2001.

He also managed English club Carlisle United as well as a strint in Malta with Floriana in 2009.

Aidan Lynch, who has taken charge of the side since Mick Cooke's departure, is the new assistant manager.
