Some of Monaghan’s finest players between the ages of 4-13yrs took to the football court in the Phoenix Centre last Saturday as part of B.E.S.T. Sports and Youth Development fun development blitz. Parents and players from all around the county attended a very rewarding day as the children showed their newly acquired skills from the weekly academies. Director of Coaching Barry Dolan was extremely impressed by the talent on show, ”My team of coaches work with these children every week as part of our development academies in Latton, Corduff, Carrickmacross and Monaghan town and they did themselves proud by showing great technique on the pitch and making new friends of it, throughout the day”.
