Rules of Competition

All entrants must be:

• Be 18 years of age by January 1^st 2011 and will not have reached your 28^th birthday on or prior to September 1^st 2011.
• Be unmarried or never been married.
• Must not have represented any centre at the National or International Rose of Tralee events.
• Must be of Irish birth or ancestry and be able to verify this if required.
• Be available for Monaghan Rose Selection events, and if selected be available for Irish Regional Final and International Festival events.
