Mairead & Joe Rice of Rices Pub, Ballybay have kindly dontated a Rescue Lift Basket to Monaghan Sub Aqua Search & Recovery Unit.  This Basket will be added to part of Monaghan Sub Aqua Club’s Rescue Equipment.

The Search & Recovery Unit are called upon several times a year to carry out water safety at water sporting events across the North East.  The Unit operate with the Local Gardai on an ON-CALL Basis for missing persons in water.  Monaghan Sub Aqua Search & Recovery Unit is funded soley by the members of the Sub Aqua Club and the generosity of the local community.  People like Mairead & Joe help us provide a vital service in the area.
