This morning Monaghans new euromillions winner was named. She has been named as Julie Ann Mullen from Belleek in Co.Fermanagh . She works   in Monaghan town . She had heard that a person had won the money locally but only this morning she decided to check her numbers.  She went back to Mathews in Monaghan shopping centre to where she bought the ticket.  The staff checked her numbers  and told her she was indded the winner. A shocked Julie Ann is said to be delighted but has no plans yet for unexpected windfall.
