The Muckno Mania festival is known for leading the way in terms of novel and distinctive events, from Star in your Eyes 10 years ago to the more recent Smurfs and Flintstones world record breaking events. Well this year they are bringing new events to the festival are reaching for the stars in more ways than one.  As part of the hugely attractive Family Fun Day at Lough Muckno on Sunday the 17^th July 2011, there will be a Bungee jump, yes, a Bungee jump. The jump itself is been managed by BungeeIreland.com, a County Monaghan based company who have vast experience of running these jumps all over Ireland.

The nature of these jumps presents itself as an excellent fundraiser for local or national charities, sporting clubs or other voluntary organizations. Already several individuals and local clubs/charities have signed up to take part. The cost of the jump is €150 per individual, so whatever else is gathered by way of sponsorship can be donated to your chosen charity. Sponsorship cards and posters can be provided on request. Individual jumps can also be booked for the thrill seeker. Are you brave enough to take the “Leap at the Lough”.
