Next Tuesday evening at 7.00 pm in the Four Seasons Hotel in Monaghan the Monaghan E-Commerce network are having a presentation and discussion on the use and effectiveness of social media in getting your business on line and widely known.
The presentation will be conducted by Chris Lavery from Pierce Communications in Belfast. Chris has been involved in projects recently for Emo Oil, O’Neills sportswear and most recently the Tesco Ireland Facebook page.
This will be the second meeting of the Monaghan E-Commerce Network which was started by Paul Bond and Fintan Gallagher as a self help group for Monaghan businesses that are selling on line, or interested in starting. At the first meeting over twenty businesses were represented and there were a lot of encouraging stories of how people had got started and a lot of tips were shared. At this meeting it was felt that everyone would benefit from some help with social media and Linked In in particular.
This presentation is free to attend, as is membership of the Monaghan E-Commerce Network. There’s a big wide world out there and we’re simply trying to help each other out.
