Saturday the 9^th of April is a very important date for the Monaghan Roses, as they are holding a table Quiz in aid of Cystic Fibrosis. This is being organised by our Clones Roses as it is close to their hearts after the loss of local lady and friend Anita Slowey. They are hoping for a large turnout at the Leonard Arms Hotel starting at 9.30pm. All proceeds will go to CFAI. Please join our Roses in supporting this very worthy cause.

On Easter Saturday Night in the Four Seasons Hotel, the 2011 Monaghan Rose of Tralee will be announced. This year’s selection promises to be a memorable night, the Roses will be interviewed by i105-107 breakfast show DJ and funny man, Keith Walsh, followed with entertainment by Beatroot right into the small hours. What better way to start your Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
