In what will be seen by many supporters of this weeks All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil Na H Eireann which began in Cavan on Tuesday local Monaghan taxi company “ Call a Car” have announced they are to run a “ Shuttle bus” service from their office in Monaghan’s park Street to the Fleadh on both Saturday and Sunday next.

Hundreds of musicians, Irish dancers and bands from Monaghan will be taking part in what will be the biggest celebration of traditional  Irish song and dance this year in the Country with around 250,000 people from home and from all over the world expected to attend.

So any body from Monaghan who wants to get to Cavan and enjoy the craic and have a few drinks without having to worry about driving over in their own car and the possible disastrous consequences of drunk driving can  avail of the service from Call a Car in Park Street a 50 seater bus will depart at 10.15am and again at 12 noon on both days and return buses will leave Cavan at 7 and 9pm both nights. The return fare is a modest €8 and boss Pat Gilsenan has assured that “ No body will be left behind if we can help it.”
